What is BOTOX®?

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a purified protein effective in temporarily reducing or eliminating wrinkles. The protein works by relaxing the muscles that contract and release throughout the day. The results of this treatment typically last from three to five months; however, after follow-up BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments, the period of effectiveness can increase to eight months or more.
